Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 1kg fermentation sugar is used instead of regular sugar in beer production. Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 improves the beer's fullness, mouthfeel and foam durability. Recommended for all beers where a greater malt flavor is desired.
Contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. During fermentation, dextrose is completely converted to alcohol, without producing a cider-like taste. Maltodextrin does not participate in the fermentation process, but remains in the beer to improve fullness, mouthfeel and foam resistance, while increasing the final specific gravity (FG) somewhat. As the name suggests, Light Dry Malt is 100% light malt extract, which will also improve the fullness of the beer, as well as the character of the malt.
Increase the specific gravity (OG) of the 23 liter wort by +.015.
Increases the alcohol content of 23 liters by approx. +1.5 vol%.
The final specific gravity (FG) can be around 1.006-1.010.
