Cooltron Reco 60 SYNC is an updated version of the popular Reco 60 ventilation unit. The Reco 60 SYNC offers innovative features that are unprecedented in this price range. The Reco 60 SYNC room ventilation unit easily converts traditional gravity ventilation to mechanical ventilation, significantly improving indoor air quality as well as energy efficiency. In small houses, ventilation accounts for around 30-40% of energy consumption, with the Reco 60 SYNC ventilation machine you can recover up to 90% of this energy.
New features:- Wifi control allows you to control your ventilation with your phone or tablet. In addition, the Wifi feature allows you to wirelessly link multiple ventilation units into a synchronized whole of up to 9 units. The smartphone application also enables the timer functions of the ventilation unit.
- Kuten Reco 60 EVO2, also SYNC version in stylish matte white, so it blends unobtrusively into the interior of Finnish homes and the unit has a provision for unobtrusive direct connection of mains power from the back of the unit. The air handling unit is supplied with a plug, which is the preferred connection option.
- Synchronisation allows optimum ventilation in larger spaces, such as even in previously pressurised detached houses, without the need for IV piping. Synchronised operation of the equipment means that some of the equipment blows out and some blows in at the same time. In this way, the equipment does not cause uncontrolled over- or under-pressurisation of the rooms. During commissioning, one of the air handling units is defined as the Master unit, with the other units on the same Wifi network acting as Slaves. The whole system is controlled via the Master device, either by a smart device or by buttons on the Master device. The device's ceramic heat exchanger operates at an efficiency of up to 90% at best, so in addition to fresh indoor air, you get significant savings on heating costs. In summer, the Reco 60 SYNC reduces the cooling demand of the air source heat pump by cooling the warm supply air in the heat exchanger.
The Reco 60 SYNC is ideal for garages, warehouses and cottages. With a synchro-controlled system of several Reco 60 SYNC units, it is possible to completely replace the forced ventilation of a small house.
The air handling unit is designed for through-wall installation. The telescopic design allows it to be installed in wall constructions from 250 mm to 400 mm thick. For installation, a hole d=165 mm is made in the wall. The unit is easily electrified by means of a plug directly from the socket.
Cooltro air handling units are rated for continuous use, so they are always kept connected to the mains power supply. The unit significantly reduces heat loss, pollen, humidity, carbon dioxide, creating a comfortable indoor environment. The unit can be equipped with a HEPA 11 filter, sold separately, which effectively removes allergenic particles from indoor air.
