Cool-X Helmi Cold-hot bath is a multipurpose and long-lasting cold-hot bath. Thanks to the gel balls, the bag is very flexible and keeps its coldness for a long time. Can be cooled in the freezer and heated in a water container, in the microwave and on the stove. Instructions for use for cold treatment: A cold bath is an effective first aid in the treatment of sprains, strains and contusions. Cold therapy reduces the formation of swelling and bleeding and relieves pain.
The bag should be cooled in the freezer (max. -25 ºC) for approx. 2 hours. It can also be stored in the freezer, so that it is immediately ready to use if needed. Place the cloth between the cooled cold pack and the skin. The bag must not be placed directly on the skin.
Cold-high compression treatment speeds up the healing time and reduces the formation of swelling.
