The artist describes his work: My poster is a combination of traditional art and digital techniques. The trees and the moon were drawn by hand, painted and cut, then scanned into Photoshop, which allowed me to manipulate the images and add digital effects. I purposely kept the number of different destinations to a minimum, because I think it was important to emphasize the spaciousness of Saimaa and the peace that nature in general can offer us.
So this is a new work created for Come to Finland. We firmly believe that poster art must be made attractive and made available to new generations. Do you notice how Finland once again - through the means of poster art - attracts tourists with the help of glamor and shouts of joy echoing from paradise?
