Colonic Plus® Lactobacillus capsules contain eight lactose-free, enteric-coated lactic acid bacteria channels. Entero-encapsulated means that the lactic acid bacteria are protected to withstand the acidity of the stomach, allowing them to pass unharmed all the way to the intestines.
Colonic Plus® Lactic Acid Bacteria Capsules also contain inulin fibre. Inulin is isolated from chicory root (Cichorium intybus); inulin is nature's way of storing energy in a nearly calorie-free form that can be used by the bacteria living in the gut.
Ingredients: Inulin, Gelatin (capsule shell, bovine), Lactic acid bacterial mixture with a minimum of 1 billion (1.0x109) lactic acid bacteria per capsule at the time of manufacture. Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Surface active agent E 470b May contain traces of soy and milk
Recommended daily intake: Adults 1-3 capsules, children over 2 years. 1 capsule per day.
