12/24/36/48V MPPT type charge controller with LCD display and Bluetooth feature. A convenient application that can be freely downloaded to a smartphone allows monitoring the charging controller and modifying the settings. The MPPT controller charges with up to 35% better efficiency than traditional PWM controllers. A separate temperature sensor is included in the delivery. The Brightsolar 80A MPPT controller is suitable for 12, 24, 36 and 48V battery systems.
MPPT technology automatically adjusts the voltage and current ratio to suit the battery. The efficiency of the operation depends on factors such as the amount of light, the temperature and the type of solar cells. Optimum operation is constantly monitored using the device's internal microprocessor, so the MPPT system always gets the battery charged as efficiently as possible. When the battery's maximum charging voltage has been reached, the controller automatically switches off the charging current. The microprocessor also monitors all important security functions.
