The Bodyflex® Collagen nutritional supplement contains 1000 mg/tablet of well-absorbed hydrolyzed Peptan® B collagen from beef and vitamin C. Collagen is a natural ingredient, the main protein of connective tissue and bones. Cartilage and tendons consist mainly of collagen. The body produces collagen itself, but as we age, collagen production decreases. Peptan® B is mainly type 1 collagen, which is present in the body, especially in the joints, skin and bones. Peptan® is 97% protein in a form that is effectively absorbed by the body and usable by the body. *Vitamin C promotes normal collagen production, e.g. for normal cartilage function. Bodyflex® Collagen is suitable for continuous use to support an active lifestyle, especially for active people, the elderly and people whose joints are exposed to heavy stress.
Dosage: 4 tablets per day. The tablets can be swallowed whole with liquid or, if necessary, halved, chewed into smaller pieces or ground and mixed with food.
