Biotek's Super Magnesium is a uniquely effective and fast-acting magnesium preparation. In Super Magnesium, magnesium is immediately ready to be absorbed in an amino acid chelated form, thanks to which it is absorbed quickly and efficiently.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles and thus helps to recover from the day's stress. Magnesium also promotes normal psychological functions, the function of which is important in calming down.

Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium taurate, fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polydextrose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon oxide), surface treatment agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), medium fatty acids (from coconut).
Recommended daily dose : 2-4 tablets per day; swallowed whole with water. The tablets are taken in the evening or after sports performance.
