BioComb Clean Roof Extra Strong is a very powerful cleaner for the removal and prevention of microbial growth on building roof surfaces. It both removes growth and provides long-lasting protection against new growth. The broad spectrum Extra Strong works against a variety of single-cell microbial growths such as mould, moss, algae, fungi and lichen. No need to rinse. The product can also be used to clean other parts of buildings outdoors if necessary.OLUTION: Colourless liquidDILUTION: 1 part concentrate to 5 parts water. For tin roofs, 1 part concentrate to 3.5 parts water.RITINITY: Ritinity is affected by substrate coarseness, porosity and thickness/amount of vegetation. The diluted solution (1L of solution) can treat approximately 4-7m². In difficult cases, use a stronger mixture. 4L can of sealer is sufficient for approx. 150m².
