Linseed oil is the richest source of alpha-linolenic acid ALA (omega-3) among vegetable oils. Flaxseed oil is excellent for balancing blood fat values, especially if the food contains an excess of omega-6 fatty acids.
The oil can also be added to warm dishes at the end, but it is not suitable for frying.
The raw material of cold-pressed linseed oil is cultivated on controlled Finnish farms. The pressing of the seeds in oxygen-free conditions and at a temperature below 37oC guarantees the best quality for the oil. In this way, the active substances of the oil remain unchanged and they end up benefiting our body exactly as nature has created them.
Enjoy the oil as it is or mixed with yogurt, dressing, porridge, salad, etc.
