The Lydia long-sleeved undershirt is designed for movement - ideal for sports and other physical activities in cold weather. The light, stretchy jersey fabric quickly wicks moisture away from the skin, helping to regulate body temperature and keep you dry. The fabric features Welltex®️ technology, which reflects infrared energy (FIR) emitted by the body. FIR technology is known to stimulate circulation and provide a therapeutic effect that relieves discomfort and pain in joints, muscles and soft tissues.<ul><li>The soft fabric also makes it comfortable to wear at night.</li><li>The straps have ribbed cuffs.</li><li>Fabric: 33% polypropylene, 23% viscose, 17% acrylic, 17% cotton, 10% elastane. Welltex® technology.</li></ul>The product must be kept clean for maximum effect. The active minerals are woven into the material and cannot be washed or worn away. Always follow the washing instructions on the product label.<ul><li>Machine wash 40°C, gentle cycle</li><li>Use regular detergent</li><li>Do not wash with bleach or fabric softener</li><li>Do not dry clean</li><li>Do not iron</li><li>Allow to air dry, do not tumble dry</li></ul>
