A low front back protector is recommended for those who sit a lot, for example driving a car or riding a horse.
To improve the fit of the hip area, you can fasten the back belt slightly crosswise in the front.
Optimum skin contact is achieved thanks to the soft and removable textile square at the back of the belt. It fills the air pockets that form around the spinal vertebrae. The square can be removed if desired, e.g. if a thinner protection is desired under the pants. The caring effect is still maintained, because the entire belt is made of ceramic textile.
Alternatively, you can use the textile square separately if you want very thin protection.
