Otherwise, when shooting, the slide does not move, which saves gas.
Inside the silencer supplied with the gun is a full-length inner barrel. Due to the long barrel, the accuracy of the gun with the silencer attached is much better and the gas also expands significantly more. Because of this, the gun shoots 117m/s with a silencer attached, while without a silencer the exit velocity is 95m/s. So the difference is a whopping 22 m/s.
