The AOT ROW 500 is a compact, self-powered rowing machine designed for an effective full-body workout. It combines a long rowing stroke, 32-level magnetic resistance and Bluetooth FTMS connectivity. The machine is particularly well-suited to home use and gyms where a small footprint and versatile resistance adjustment are valued.
Rowing works the legs, core, back and arms simultaneously. It is suitable for building general fitness, interval training and high-intensity cardio workouts. The ROW 500 features a 1.5 kg flywheel and magnetic resistance, which is electronically adjustable across 32 levels. The wide adjustment range allows for training sessions ranging from light warm-ups to high-intensity intervals.
Bluetooth uses the FTMS protocol, so the rowing machine can be connected to compatible fitness apps. App control enables automatic resistance adjustment when the app being used supports this feature. The ROW 500 generates the electricity it needs during training, so a continuous mains power connection is not required. The rowing machine can be positioned more freely within the training area without a power cable.
The machine’s 1,304 mm stroke length provides ample space for a long and natural rowing stroke. The seat’s range of movement along the rail is 1028 mm, which enables an efficient rowing motion from the legs through the core to the arms and provides ample space even for taller users. The seat height is fixed, which makes the structure simple and sturdy.
The ROW 500 is just 415 mm wide and weighs 20.5 kg, so it takes up very little floor space and is considerably lighter than many gym-standard exercise machines. The maximum user weight is still 150 kg.
The LED display shows resistance, speed, time, distance, RPM, calories burnt and heart rate.
