Please note: A new woollen rug will have excess fluff. This is completely normal and will diminish over time. Wool has its own characteristic scent, which quickly dissipates with use.

- Care: Machine wash at max 30 °C using a detergent suitable for wool. Reshape whilst damp. Dry flat. Clean small stains with a lightly dampened cloth. Remove more stubborn stains with Marseille soap or bile soap. Do not rub, but dab the stain gently. We do not recommend using robot vacuum cleaners or rotating brush attachments on woollen rugs. Airing, snow washing and regular vacuuming will refresh your woollen rug.
