The goal of the game is to get rid of the ladders.
The first player chooses the color of the ladders and places one of them on the table. The next players enter the game clockwise, choose the color of their ladders and place one of them on top of the ladders placed by the previous players. The ladders must first be divided equally among the players. Players must place ladders on top of other ladders in such a way that the structure built from the ladders does not fall over. Only one ladder – the basic one – may touch the table, all other ladders must be above it.
