Kärkkäinen Marketplace


What is the Kärkkäinen Marketplace?

Kärkkäinen Marketplace brings multiple merchants together under one platform. In addition to Kärkkäinen’s own product selection, Karkkainen.com will feature a growing number of independent Marketplace merchants. The Marketplace allows selected merchants to independently list and sell their products through Karkkainen.com, offering customers a broader and more diverse product range.

When purchasing a Marketplace product, the transaction takes place directly between the customer and the Marketplace merchant. These merchants are responsible for storing, processing, and delivering the products they offer, as well as for customer service and handling returns.


Marketplace Products

Marketplace products are sold on Karkkainen.com in the same way as Kärkkäinen’s own products.

You can recognize a Marketplace product by the label "Marketplace product" on the product page. The page also displays the name of the Marketplace merchant responsible for that product. By clicking the merchant’s name, you can view more information about them.

Some products may be available from multiple Marketplace merchants. In such cases, the product page includes a "Also available from other merchants" button. Clicking this will show offers from other merchants, allowing you to choose the one you prefer.


Ordering from the Marketplace

Ordering Marketplace products works the same way as ordering Kärkkäinen's own products on Karkkainen.com.

Marketplace orders can be paid for using online banking, credit/debit cards, or mobile payment methods. Please note that invoices and gift cards are not accepted for Marketplace purchases.

Each Marketplace merchant defines their own delivery methods and shipping fees. If your order includes products from multiple merchants, you may be charged separate shipping fees.

Available delivery options for Marketplace products include home delivery and delivery to a pick-up point.


Marketplace Customer Service

Customer service for Marketplace products - such as inquiries, returns, complaints, or delivery issues is handled directly by the individual Marketplace merchant.

You can contact a merchant using the "Customer Service" button found in your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email. If you have a registered account, the same button is also available in your Order History on Karkkainen.com. Messages sent through this button go directly to the merchant.
