Together Health Vitamin C provides vitamin C from organic citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons. In its whole-food form, vitamin C is delivered together with naturally occurring co-factors. Vitamin C derived from citrus fruits naturally contains bioflavonoids, enzymes, amino acids and trace minerals. These compounds help support the absorption and utilisation of vitamin C in the body. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. In addition, vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth and skin. Because the vitamin C is delivered in a whole-food form, the formula is gentle on the stomach. Together Health produces supplements from real food and whole-food ingredients sourced from plants and marine environments. These naturally contain phytonutrients and bioactive compounds that support nutrient absorption. All products in the range are vegan and approved by the Vegan Society.
