Together Health Magnesium provides natural magnesium derived from seawater, sourced from mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea and the Mediterranean. In addition to magnesium, these waters naturally contain other trace minerals, with up to 18 different trace elements present in the final mineral complex. The formula contains all five natural forms of magnesium: oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate and chloride, which occur naturally in seawater. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. It also contributes to normal energy metabolism and electrolyte balance. The magnesium is gently purified using evaporation and natural purification methods without the use of chemicals. Every production batch is tested in independent laboratories to ensure quality and purity. Together Health produces supplements from real food and whole-food ingredients sourced from plants and marine environments. These naturally contain phytonutrients and bioactive compounds that support nutrient absorption. All products in the range are vegan and approved by the Vegan Society.
