Premier's R&D team runs multiple simulations thanks to an advanced aerodynamic research program. Once the prototypes have reached a satisfactory level, they are placed in a wind tunnel where their performance is verified in all possible conditions. AIR EXCHANGE SYSTEM
Premier helmets are equipped with ventilation and exhaust air valves, which, together with the air circulation system inside the polystyrene shield, ensure that the user maintains an optimal temperature inside the helmet. The air enters from the front, flows inside the EPS shell and exits through the exhaust openings in the back, thus achieving optimal comfort even on long trips.

There are still many handcraft steps involved in the production of Premier helmets, which account for approximately 79 percent of the production process. Both precise planning and craft experience are needed to realize the goal of customer satisfaction.
QUALITY
The ventilation system, visor mechanisms and all functional accessories are the result of special ergonomic and functional studies, which are the result of the experience acquired by the Premier company during years of product development. Before each part is installed in production, it goes through a rigorous inspection phase, during which - using innovative machines - the operation of the piece is simulated again and again to rule out structural weaknesses or functional problems.

Premier designs and implements shells with the most advanced and special materials: it is not enough for us to use the best materials (carbon, dyneema, glass).
