The thermal insulation is the same Climashield Apex thermal insulation that has been used in the winter clothing of the NCU (Nordic Combat Uniform) project, which is part of the Nordic NORDEFCO defense cooperation. The same insulation is also used by the US army in its own extreme cold clothing.
A well-proven outfit improved with details suitable for hunting and civilian use. A radio pocket has been added to the left side of the jacket. The lower pockets have been widened so that a hat and gloves fit there if necessary.

- At the waist, button fastenings of the elastic band on the left and right side. The rubber bands are replaceable if necessary.
- In the hem, a cord elastic band and YKK's army-quality, strong tooth lock cord clamps.
- A spacious hood under which a riding helmet or fur cap fits. The hood can be reduced with the adjustment band on the back.
- Velcro fasteners on the cuffs keep the wind and draft outside the jacket. Tested military-quality Velcro straps can withstand 10,000 openings and retain 64% of the original fastening force even after that.
