The larger than usual cubic capacity of the BF30 engine increases the amount of power available and improves torque. The PGM-IG engine management system optimizes ignition timing across all rpm ranges for improved performance. Thanks to the automatic accelerator, the engine starts with just a turn of the ignition key.
To reduce vibration, the BF30 features a high-torque balance shaft. Naturally, an electric trim and tilt are standard.
