Holle's gluten-free millet porridge with rice is made from organic quality whole grain millet and rice. Whole grains are first ground very fine and water is mixed into it. After this, the mass is gently heated and dried using an air stream. Before packaging, the dried flakes are ground into a suitable shape for the field. This preparation method preserves all the natural nutrients of the grain. Only vitamins in accordance with the baby food regulation have been added to the product.
