The music is automatically adjusted according to the shape of your ear. The inward-facing microphones detect the sound you're hearing and then adjust the low and mid-range frequencies so that the fine details of each song stand out.
Longer battery life than before
AirPods have an hour longer battery life compared to the second generation AirPods, so you get up to 6 hours of listening time and up to 4 hours of talk time. Even better and more accurate skin detection sensors turn AirPods on or off, saving battery when needed. With just 5 minutes of charging, you get about an hour of listening or talking time. The MagSafe charging case offers over 30 hours of battery life and is compatible with wireless and MagSafe chargers.
