The Robota Klapix RB7-T chip machine is the perfect household firewood plant. With this machine, you can turn logs over 30cm in diameter into firewood in no time. The valve machine consists of four parts: The feeding head, the cutting part, the cutter and the discharge conveyor.

Input head:

The feeding head is equipped with a powerful conveyor, which allows you to feed the stem to the cutting part easily and quickly. You just lift the rod onto the conveyor on top of the feed head and then use the hydraulic motor to drive the rod towards the cutting blade. The conveyor mat is strong urethane with a roughened surface. In this way, the tree moves forward and back.

Cutting part:

In the center of the machine is the cutting part where the cutting blade, support press and blade lubrication system are located. The cutting part also has an adjustable limiter, which determines the length of the flap to be cut. The cutting blade and flange are lubricated with chain oil from a tank located on one side of the machine. The amount of chain oil can be adjusted. When the wood has been moved against the limiter by means of the conveyor of the feeding head, it is firmly pressed against the request of the machine with a support press. Finally, the wood is cut with the help of a cutting blade, after which the broken clapper falls onto the crossbar. The maximum wood thickness is 35 cm.

Diameter:

When the broken flap drops roundly onto the diameter, the splitting function starts immediately. The 12TON powerful splitting cylinder pushes the clapper into the four-bladed splitting blade which splits it. The height of the splitting blade can be adjusted with the lever on the side of the machine. If for some reason the wood falls across the cutter, the operation can be stopped safely, after which the protective cover is opened and the wood is placed on the blade by hand. After this, the shell is put back on and the splitting function is started manually. The splitting function does not start if the protective cover is open. In addition, a six-blade splitting blade is available as an accessory for the machine.

Discharge conveyor:

Finally, the split firewood is transferred to a conveyor, which helps the flaps rise up and fall down, e.g. into a sack or pile. The height and inclination of the conveyor can be adjusted using a hand winch. The conveyor mat is urethane-based with separate wings that are sure to catch the firewood being moved. When the conveyor is not in use and the machine is put into storage, the conveyor can be turned twice, which reduces the need for storage space considerably.

The Robota Klapix ice machine has a high-quality 13hp Lifa four-stroke engine that runs a large hydraulic pump. The machine gets its power from a pump whose power is certainly sufficient for all functions. The body and other parts of the machine are made of powder-coated steel that can withstand heavy use. The machine has a large-sized flange and a chain that allows the trees to break easily. The 12-ton splitting cylinder splits even the most difficult "janahus" birches with ease.

The machine can be conveniently moved with e.g. an ATV, tractor or car because it has tires and a hitch. It has not been made for road traffic and the maximum speed for transfers is 20 km/h.

If you are looking for an ice machine for home use, at an affordable price and with good features, Robota is an excellent option. The robot's speed lags behind the tough professional machines on the market, but that is taken into account in the price.
