The brushless EC motor can be controlled directly from the handlebar with a variable speed control with 2 speed settings. For simpler tasks, such as mowing lawn edges, select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1). This results in lower energy consumption and can extend battery life. For more complex jobs, such as cutting thick grass, you can use the full speed of the STIHL FSA 110 R by simply changing the slide switch to level 2. The speed automatically adjusts to the mower being used and is infinitely variable. In addition, intelligent electronics allow the FSA 110 R to run at high, full power at all times, regardless of the battery charge level.
Compact and balanced, the STIHL FSA 110 R allows flexible working with plenty of room for manoeuvre thanks to the soft-component loop handle.
